IF AN EXCHANGE NEEDS TO BE DONE :

Exchanges are done within 07 working days since the Garment is purchased.

• Step 01 : Message us through the same platform (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp) you placed your order with & let us know you need to exchange a particular product /s. If it is a web order please WhatsApp us through 0763598069 and let us know you need to exchange a particular product /s.
• Step 02 : After an analysis, our Exchange Team will get back to you stating the procedures.

Please Note - In order for the rider to arrive & handover the new exchange parcel to you, an additional charge of Rs.150/- will be charged from you in advance to the standard delivery fee. We humbly appreciate your kind understanding towards it.

Important - Refrain from informing us about an Exchange after 10 Days or a Month, because as per the Company Policy, we will not be able to proceed with it.

Please note that you cannot exchange an ALREADY EXCHANGED PRODUCT
