  1. How do I make a purchase?

  2. What payment methods do Chenara DODGE accept?

    We got all sorts of Payments to offer you ! COD available Island-wide. Bank Payments / Online Bank Transfers / Payment Link or simply order through our Website & use your Shopping Card.

  3. My fav design is sold out, what can I do? Will it re-stock ?

    Re-stocking a certain style depends on the amount of demand it's got, however our clever group of Sales Representatives will surely send you similar designs ( Through FB / IG / Web Chat )

  4. Can I ship to multiple addresses?

    Apologies, but one Order will only go to the given specific Address, if in case you need to send a Gift to any loved ones, we will send to any address you provide without the Invoice Printed on.

  5. How long does a delivery take, and what are the charges?

    Our Standard delivery is within 3-5 working days, but packages sent to Col 01-15 will only take 1-3 working days. Standard Fee will be 250/= for any destination & 350/= for Outstation ( Northern Province Areas ).

  6. What is the return notice period?

    Exchanges are done within 07 working days since the Garment is purchased. A message requesting to do an Exchange needs to be sent to us from the same platform you ordered. Our Exchange Team will assist you with all the procedures.

  7. How can we send the package to Chenara DODGE if we need it exchanged?

    This is an answer everyone needs to know ! You can only send the item to us via Register Post or Through a Courier Service. The Address for our drop point will be given to you once you call our Hot-line on 011 7701 801 . Please note, this is not our Showroom address, therefore you cannot come & visit to choose designs. Call us on this No & our sales representatives will help you out with any inquiry.

  8. How can I track my order ?

    Well it's simple ! Just send us a message to the Platform you ordered from (FB / IG ), and our Sales Representatives will share you all the details associated to your package. ( Example : Courier Service Contact No along with your Package Tracking No)

  9. Can I change or amend my order after it's placed ?

    Let's hope you get lucky ! You can only change as long as your package has not been dispatched from our premises. Just send a Message to the Platform you ordered within 10-25 minutes & if in case it's still not dispatched, then yes you can get it changed.
